Delivery & Returns

Standard delivery charges will cover deliveries to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (excluding Highlands, Isle of Wight and Scottish Off shore Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man).

  • Orders over £150 will be delivered free of charge
  • Orders up to £150 = £7.50 P&P

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday during working hours. Please note Saturday deliveries will incur a surcharge of £20.00.

Catherine Haddon Interiors sends out goods with a courier service, if the goods are delayed in transit it is beyond our control.

Tracking your consignment. You will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched, this email will also give you any information you may need to track your order. This email will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

Lead Times

Stock Items – 7 – 10 days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock the customer will be informed of an expected delivery date and will have the right to cancel the order if the wait is too long.
Bespoke Items – Approximately 4 – 6 weeks, may be longer at busy times of year. Please call 01379 871 475 for a more accurate estimate.

Damaged Goods

It is the buyers responsibility to report any damaged goods to Catherine Haddon Interiors within 24hours of receipt. If we are not informed within 24 hours we will not take responsibility for any damaged items. If the packaging is visibly damaged do not accept the parcel and do not sign for it.


Bespoke items are not returnable unless faulty.
Stock items are returnable within 28 days in original packaging and with proof of purchase.
All returns must be despatched in their original packaging and receipt of carriage should be included or sent separately.
Goods are returned at the expense of the customer, if it is established Catherine Haddon Interiors are at fault the cost of the return will be added to the refund.
